WYFP? Risky Sexting.

Well, it's not my problem but a problem for someone close to me, who I've known for almost 20 years. He has a history of acting out sexually in ways that aren't healthy and are sometimes dangerous. It's a complex problem, one he's sought counseling for repeatedly over the years, and as you might suspect this behavior is a manifestation of issues around childhood abuse. MFP is that recently his choices have taken a turn for the super high risk and I'm genuinely afraid for his safety.

I won't betray any confidences here. He's been quite open about these issues both among friends and in his writing to the world online. But it's bothering me and I need to let go of it. So, last chance for readers to bow out.
